The City of Sarajevo is preparing an unforgettable New Year's Eve public celebration for the fourth time in a row. This time again under the slogan "Sarajevo2020 - New Year's Center of the Region"!
The festive celebration begins tonight at 8 pm in front of the Vječna Vatra (Eternal Flame), where on behalf of the host of the City of Sarajevo, Mayor Abdulah Skaka will greet and welcome his fellow citizens, guests and tourists who have decided to welcome New 2020 in Sarajevo.
The Pop Classic Orchestra under the baton of Professor Ognjen Bomoštar will perform the most famous works of classical, pop and film music.
Professor Bomoštar announces a diverse program for everyone, from well-known compositions from the operas Carmen and The Merry Widow, Hungarian Dance, through modern popular tracks Gangam style, Game of thrones,… to waltz, samba, tango, can-can. The 70-minute concert will conclude with a timeless Zvončići song and the famous Radetzky march.
The virtuosos of the Pop Classic Orchestra will be joined by music diva, Jasna Gospić, performing several of her unforgettable hits.
