The exhibition, called "International James Joyce", was created in collaboration with the Embassy of Ireland and explores the factors and places that influenced the work of James Joyce, most notably Ulysses.

Joyce's second work is A Portrait of an Artist at a Young Age. The exhibition will open on Friday, September 6th at the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina, after the exhibition of Dr. James Alexander Fraser "James Joyce, Ireland and the Art of Heroism". Fraser is Professor of Literature, Assistant Professor at Maynooth University in Ireland, and has extensively dealt with the work of James Joyce in his books.

Some of his books are Joyce and Betrayal (2016) and Joyce's Publications (2018), published by Palgrave Macmillan. He is currently exploring the role of bicycles in literature and culture from the late 19th century to the present.

The International James Joyce Exhibition will be open at the National Museum of BiH for visitors from September 7 to October 6 at regular visit times (Tuesday to Friday between 10am and 7pm, Saturday and Sunday between 10am and 2pm).
