Joscelyn Eve Stoker, better known by her stage name Joss Stone, is one of the favorite British soul singers, songwriter and actress.
She soared to the celebrity sky in 1999 as a 14-year-old when she published an album dedicated to Aretha Franklin, who is her idol.
Stone is also known as the youngest singer ever to get on the British top list of albums, in 2004, when she was only seventeen. Precisely that album, Mind, Body & Soul, made her favorite and appreciated worldwide.
Stone won Brit Award and Grammy, and what is interesting is that she performs barefooted.
