Winter Tourist Season Begins on Bjelašnica

The winter tourist season begins on Bjelašnica on Sunday, December 21 and will be marked by an official ceremony which will start at 1:00 p.m.
Organizers promise an excellent cultural-entertainment program which is set to include a handicraft show and a mini fair for eco-products from the region.
After the ceremony, there will be 2,000 free portions of beans and some tea made available for those in attendance.
Those who would like to go to Bjelašnica but don’t have a car can do so by taking the bus that will leave Franje Račkog St. (on the eastern side of the National Museum) at 9:00 a.m. The return bus is scheduled to leave Bjelašnica at 4:00 p.m.
The price of one return ticket is 7.40KM for adults and 5.30KM for children.
