Sarajevo welcomes the Krone Heritage Hotel

Sarajevo witnessed the opening of one of the few officially designated cultural heritage hotels in Sarajevo. The Krone Heritage Hotel newly opened its doors in a historic building built in 1907.

Building has served as a government bureau during the Austro-Hungarian era, and was visited by the Archduke Franz Ferdinand during his fateful visit to Sarajevo in 1914.

Located 10 kilometers from down-town Sarajevo, the boutique Krone Heritage Hotel is nested in the green oasis of Ilidža that was even known to the ancient Romans and later the Ottomans for its miraculous springs. The hotel is close to a mountain which includes the spring of the river Bosna.

The boutique Krone Heritage Hotel has 26 rooms and apartments including 12 elegance rooms; 6 luxury rooms, 3 en-suite and 5 apartments. Guests can use private spa center built in style of old Roman baths that Ilidža area of Sarajevo is famed for.

International restaurant Mozart is a part of this hotel, and it is opened to public.
