The facility has been designed with four levels, the first of which is an underground parking garage and a planned area for bowling and archery. The second level is a large gymnasium or sports hall with seating, as well as a smaller hall for ping pong and combative sports, along with changing rooms and other auxiliary areas for athletes. The third level has bleachers, VIP boxes and a fitness room. Press boxes and administration offices are located on the fourth level.

The bleachers in the sports hall can accommodate nearly 1,500 visitors and there are basketball units, goals, volleyball nets, mats, scoreboards and additional equipment. This multipurpose facility is the perfect venue for sporting events, as well as for cultural manifestations that require suitable indoor space. The sports hall has been built according to environmental standards and provides plenty of natural light.

The facility also has a restaurant, coffeehouse and office spaces on site.
