Top events in Sarajevo: August 1 - 7

The beginning of August in Sarajevo is full of numerous events, and here we have made a selection of the most interesting ones for the period August 1 to 7.

From the 6th edition of the terrific Swiss classical music festival, Talis & Academy, which is being held for the first time in Sarajevo; to the various outdoor events being held as part of the Summer in the Park – Hastahana, and the Sarajevo Street Food Festival at Trg Oslobođenja - Alija Izetbegović, Sarajevo has something to suit all tastes and generations.

Extreme sports lovers will enjoy the 2019 Bentbaša Cliff Diving, an international jumping event on the Miljacka River; we recommend beer drinkers to attend the Kištra Craft Beer Festival, and the Javorwood Festival on Bjelašnica offers some great fun in nature.
