In keeping with its aim of preserving traditions, the bazaar offers Sarajevo baklava and džandar baklava, ružica, kajmak pituljice and hurmadžike. All of the items are prepared using hand-rolled phyllo dough and only the finest ingredients, which ensures that every product has full flavor and desired quality.
The house specialty is džandar baklava or “the baklava of baklavas”, which takes at least three days to make, and is available in three different flavors: walnut, almond and hazelnut.
You can sit in the shop and enjoy the treats and, if you’d like to please your dear ones, friends or business associates, you can also select some sweets and have them packaged. This baklava shop makes free deliveries anywhere within the Destination Sarajevo area.
The shop is located in the heart of the old town, very close to Gazi Husrev Bey’s Mosque (on Čizmedžiluk 20), and can be reached via Sarači St. or Čurćiluk Veliki.
