Spazio Gourmet Manuel is a unique concept that unites the offering of delicious Italian meals, home-made cakes, high quality coffee, healthy drinks and the shop where one can buy true delicacies. The space is a combination of six components: Spazio Dolci, Spazio Ristorante, Spazio Vitamini, Spazio Pizza, Spazio Caffe and Spazio Boutique.
The restaurant serves home-made pasta, sandwiches, soups, salads and a few other specialties, as selected by the popular BiH chef, Miran Karić. Ugo Mulatto, a former pizza-making champion, is responsible for recipes for making great pizzas.
Fresh and healthy groceries are used for all meals and you can choose your own combination of ingredients for pizza.
Architect Amra Jeleč-Hadžiosmanović did the design, and, as the owner of the architectural design studio, Con2re, she has been given the opportunity to design Spazio Cafes all over the world.
