The founding of the Schweizerische Verkehrszentrale SVZ (later called Switzerland Tourism ST) in 1917 in the capital of Bern heralded the national promotion of tourism in Switzerland.
Today, 100 years later, we can enjoy a retrospective of some great examples of Swiss tourism marketing – from a spaghetti harvest in Ticino to astronaut Buzz Aldrin with his declaration of love for Switzerland.
