On the first Sunday of every month, the culinary team at Novotel Sarajevo Bristol prepares a Family Brunch in Brasserie, the hotel restaurant. This Sunday lunch, which runs from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., is a different kind of culinary offering.
This is the perfect opportunity to gather the family around the table to enjoy various dishes and combinations of foods that are normally eaten for breakfast and lunch, plus there are exotic ways the two meals are brought together.
You will find the following at the buffet: a wide selection of cold appetizers, cheeses and cold cuts; refreshing cold soups and a choice of warm soups, seasonal salads, light warm meals, a live cooking station – mini burger, and a wide range of cakes and desserts.
In addition to the exceptional culinary offering, guests may also look forward to some relaxing live music, and there is entertainment for children at Kids’ Corner, which includes fun workshops for youngsters, painting, drawing, face painting and the must-have clown!
This brunch is an “all-you-can-eat” format and costs 28KM per person. Children 10 and under eat for free.
