Association "Students of Graphic Design" and Department of Graphic Design - ALU Sarajevo invite you to open lecture POP-IN! ALU 11.
This lecture is organized on the occasion of the presentation of the book 'The Basics of Designing a Letter' by Frank E. Blokland and Nikola Đurek.
The book was created by the collaboration of two different authors, somewhat different generations, from different social contexts and typographic traditions - one from the Netherlands and the other from Croatia. The book is both a translation and an original. Began as a translation of the classical textbook of the Dutch typographic school, it was upgraded and supplemented with the results of Đurek's research and the suspension of the consideration of the specificity of the typographical writing of the Croatian language.
