The Sarajevo Holiday Duo will perform every afternoon at the Carlsberg Holiday Pub, which has been working at Hastahana Park as part of the Coca-Cola Sarajevo Holiday Market (December 5, 2018 to January 13, 2019). The following will be doing evening shows at the pub from January 10 to 12: Sa Jam, The Babe Barbarella ESFF and the Mujo Šantić Orchestra. The market will close on Saturday, January 13 with the big New Year’s Humanitarian Klix.ba Party, with music provided by Mirza & Panduri.
The market offers other interesting activities for the whole family, so be sure to visit the Jaffa Ice Skating Rink, which will remain open (until February 3) even after the market finishes. It will also run the free Jaffa Skating School during the winter break.
If you love the theater, be sure to visit SARTR on Friday, January 11 for the premiere of Have I None, a play directed by Alban Ukaj; and radio show host Dino Nodi Ćatović will be performing that same night as part of Stand-up Comedy Nights at Monument.

The Telemach Winterhana Market & Fun Zone will be running up on Babin Do on Olympic Mountain Bjelašnica until the end of February. Not only will there be winter sports, but you’ll also have a chance to follow performances by popular DJs, hip-hop, pop and rock bands, as well as enjoy the culinary specialties and souvenirs on offer.
DJ Forniva will be playing here on Saturday, January 12; and you can dance along with DJ Fedja Knajdl on Sunday, January 13.
If you have never had the chance to enjoy a masterpiece by the New York Metropolitan Opera, be sure to visit Kamerni Theater 55 on Saturday, January 12, when they show a Live in HD transmission of Adriana Lecouvreur.
Spend a cold January Saturday evening dancing at Silver & Smoke, where DJs Torres and Bonjasky will be preparing the best sets for you.
If you prefer rock, we recommend the performance by Ina and Open Mind at YU Caffe in Ilidža. Serbian pop singer, Dženan Lončarević, will perform that same night at Coloseum Club.
On Sunday, January 13, enjoy some “old city” songs with the Serbian music group, Legende, which is performing as part of the manifestation, Winter in East Novo Sarajevo.
And just like every Monday, The Brew Pub is preparing its Game Night for January 14. You will have a chance to join others as you test your knowledge during the interesting quizzes over some terrific craft beer.
On Wednesday, January 16, basketball lovers can follow Spars Sarajevo and Split as they face off during the 14th round of the ABBA League at the Novo Sarajevo Sports Hall.
