Bon Appetit Sarajevo was born out of a long-held desire by one chef whose pursuit of culinary excellence never seemed to be satisfied. After his years of experience in many restaurants and exposure to diverse approaches in the culinary arts, Goran Vuk’s dream began to take shape.
He dreamt of opening a restaurant – an intimate space where guests could come to experience a combination of the finest international cuisine along with the best Bosnian hospitality – in the heart of his hometown, Sarajevo. His dream has come true and it’s called "Bon Appetit Sarajevo".
