The primary objectives of the Memory Module program, which was first initiated in 1996 by the Managing Board of the MESS Theater Festival, are to preserve the memory of the recent and tragic past of Sarajevo and BiH.

And also affirming the cultural and artistic values which surfaced during the last war.

For the past 19 years, Memory Module has worked to keep hundreds of documents, photographs and videos from being forgotten and has offered audiences new and creative works which are related to the war and killing that took place in BiH and other parts of the world.

This year's edition of Memory Module will be held in Sarajevo from April 3 to May 12, 2015.
