Sarajevo Big Band, or the Sarajevo Dance Orchestra, made in 2000, carries on with the tradition of performing jazz and dance music in this part of the world.
The orchestra was initiated by a few senior instrumentalists who have taken in some younger musicians, all with aim of rekindling the glory of the Big Band Era, and Great Orchestra of the Radio Television Sarajevo and Radio and Television of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
