The 2017 WELCOME Regional Conference on Tourism, which places a special accent on small-scale and family tourism, will be gathering leading figures from around the region who work within the tourism sector.
The conference is being organized by Oslobođenje and will be held on May 5 in the great hall at Stari Grad Municipality.
Conference will focus on practical examples of how new digital applications can be used by small businesses that work in tourism and how they can best place themselves on the market. The day-long educational program will be led by ten seasoned speakers from BiH, Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia.
The aim of the conference is to draw attention to how important small businesses are and to provide answers to questions on how one can successfully develop a tourism product, what one can do to make one’s product stand out from among others and how to keep travelers coming back.
