This autumn, Sarajevo will once again become the center of the regional tourism industry.

The 3rd Sarajevo Tourism Summit, organized by the marketing agency Topcom and the Business Concierge Center, will be held on October 8–9, 2025, at the luxurious Hotel Hills.

The event is expected to gather renowned experts, representatives of leading hotel chains, travel agencies, airports, as well as new investors interested in destination development and modernization of the tourism offer in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region. The Summit will provide a platform for exchanging experiences, building partnerships, and presenting the latest trends shaping global tourism.

The program includes a Welcome Dinner for participants and partners on October 8, while the main program with panel discussions and networking sessions will take place on October 9, opening new doors for development and cooperation.

Key topics of this year’s edition include:

-Green Tourism and ESG Standards: The Future of Sustainable Travel – sustainable practices, green investments, and responsible business as a roadmap for the future.

-People in Focus: The Future of Human Resources in Tourism – attracting talent, workforce education, and the digital transformation of the HR sector.
