Billain & Concrete Jungle

The versatile Sarajevo artist, Adis Kutkut Billain, is a visual/sound designer, composer and music producer who works on video games, films and science fiction.

This self-taught artist fell in love with the worlds of sci-fi and graffiti long ago, hit the music scene at the end of the 1990s as a techno DJ and hip hop producer, and later collaborated with Edo Maajka, Frenkie, Božo Vrećo….

He joined the DnB group Kontra in 2000, and his love of drum and bass and the neurofunk genre grew into love for sound design, which got the attention of international publishing houses and led to work on ads for Apple, Mercedes, Nike….

He has done experimental films and sound design for the 3D mapping of the FAMA Museum, Vijećnica and the Historical Museum, and the doors of Hollywood opened when he worked as a synth programmer for Pacific Rim Rising and Hunter Killer.

Nomad’s Revenge, a sci-fi multimedia album that fuses music, illustrations and video, got this award-winning artist an Album of the Year nomination at Britain’s 2019 Drum&Bass Arena Awards.
