The 9th Porsche Sarajevo Coffee Fest – a fair for coffee, tea, chocolate and related equipment – will be held at Hotel Holiday Sarajevo (April 9 & 10).

This year’s edition will see 25 presenters, and visitors will be able to sample many varieties of coffee, several kinds of tea and hand-made sweets; try equipment for home-brewed coffee….

On day one, the many presenters will showcase innovations within the industry, and share specific know-how during workshops and presentations.

Day two will see the Latte Art Challenge, an international barista contest, which has already seen 120+ competitors from regional countries, as well as Italy, Cyprus, Turkey….

The contests will be divided into two categories: The first is Latte Art – Classic, where baristas compete in applying one of the three main elements of latte art; and the second one, Latte Art – Mega Freestyle, will see contestants showing their creativity as they draw various motifs using the “free pour” technique. This will be followed by the use of special serving techniques.
