The Helem Nejse group will mark its tenth birthday with a grandiose concert in cooperation with the Sarajevo Philharmonic on November 9 at the Dom Mladih Sarajevo.

They announce a unique event intended for a loyal audience, which combines hip-hop energy and the sophisticated sound of the Philharmonic.

The concert comes as the crown of the popular artistic collective's work so far, and the repertoire will include hits and selected songs from four studio albums.

"After we performed for the first time two years ago with the Sarajevo Philharmonic as part of the Red Bull Symphonic project, we fell in love with that sound so much that we immediately knew we wanted to repeat that experience of combining hip hop and classical music, two energies that complement each other perfectly on scene. We simply couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our tenth birthday. The Sarajevo Philharmonic is an institution that carries enormous importance in the cultural life of our city, and it is a great honor for us to share the stage with such a powerful orchestra. It will be a serious frenzy," said Helem Neyse from the group.

Another jubilee, one hundred years since its foundation, was recently celebrated by the Sarajevo Philharmonic. The songs of the Helem Nejsa group were enriched with powerful instrumental arrangements for this occasion.

"The Philharmonic has been celebrating music for a hundred years, and our task is to push the boundaries again and again. The concert with Hele Nejse is a perfect example of how the fusion of different musical worlds can create magic on stage, and we look forward to witnessing that moment together with the large audience," said the director of the Sarajevo Philharmonic, Vedran Tuce.
The new album of the group Helem Nejsa "Ozbiljna Zaebancija" was released in April this year and offered the audience as many as 15 songs and a whole range of musical genres. The single "Naštaćunaić" attracted the special attention of the audience, together with the video clip inspired by the British hit series "Peaky Blinders".

Helem Nejse and the Sarajevo Philharmonic already had a joint performance, as part of the Red Bull Symphonic concert in 2022. At that time, the National Theater was too small to host everyone interested, and the tickets were sold out in less than 48 hours.

Tickets for the concert at the Youth Center are on sale from today. They can be purchased online, via the Entrio.ba platform, but also in physical form at several locations in Sarajevo: EXC exchange office Mercator Dobrinja, EXC exchange office Mercator Ložionička, EXC exchange office Penny Plus Velešići, and EXC exchange offices in SCC (floor -1 and 3)
