Festival is organised under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey and with the support of the Directorate General for Cinematography of the Ministry of Tourism and the Municipality of Istanbul (IBB). Festival will start at 13:00h.
Films of any kind or format that directly or indirectly handle the idea of friendship.
