Recital in Duet Soprano & Guitar, by Irina Iordăchescu and Bogdan Mihǎilescu

Irina Iordăchescu (soprano) was born in music family (her father is Romanian baritone Dan Iordăchescu), while Bogdan Mihǎilescu finished study of classical guitar at the Arts College in Bucharest.

In 2000. she debuted on the stage of the National Opera in Bucharest, where she performed some of the best interpretations. Simultaneously she performed chamber concerts and collaborated with Romania Philharmonic Orchestra and many others in the world. She performed all around the world, in the most prestigious concert halls, such as Carnegie Hall in New York.

Bogdan Mihǎilescu performed and teached actively in Romania, Germany, South Africa and Great Britain. He were in London, regularly participating in masterclass sessions whithin the Royal Academy of Music. Since the 2007. He dedicated his entire activity to chamber music, giving numerous recitals in Bucharest (Romanian Atheneum, etc) and other cities in the country. He plays with prestigious musicians in different formations from duet to quintet.
