Students Organize Sarajevo Design Festival/ is primarily educational, as well as an exhibitory event that was initiated and organized by the students of the Department of Graphic and Product design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo.

It is the first student design festival with lectures, workshops, exhibitions, book promotions and PechaKucha Nights, that provides an opportunity for students of design and related fields, from Bosnia and Herzegovina and countries in the region, to acquaint themselves with knowledge, new methods, trends and design works of the leading artists designers of today. It also provides a new form of supplementary education to students and professionals in the field of design, and encourages the development and promotion of design in Bosnia and Herzegovina and beyond.

During its five days, it enables creative exchange and brings together a great number of design students and young artists from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, experts in the fields of design from around the world, as well as a numerous interested audience.
