The band members work on preserving and presenting not only traditional urban music from BiH, but also traditional music from the Balkans, with special attention given to sevdalinka.

Divanhana first got started in 2009, when it was founded by a group of students from the Music Academy in Sarajevo and is currently made up of the following members: Naida Čatić (vocals), Neven Tunjić (keyboards), Nedžad Mušović (accordion), Azur Imamović (bass guitar), Kerim Jašarević (guitar), Rifet Čamdžić (drums) and Irfan Tahirović (percussion).

In addition to the albums, Dert, (2011) and Bilješke iz Šestice (late 2013), Divanhana has recently released a third album called Zukva. The album contains ten songs, most of which are sevdalinka, as well as a few traditional pieces from other parts of the Balkans. This musical volume has been realized by the band’s main members, along with contributions from Filip Krumes, a violinist from Belgrade; Džambo Agušev, a Macedonian trumpet player and BiH guitarists, Emir Hot and Boško Jović.

Copies of Zukva can be purchased at the shop, Magaza, and at Art House Sevdah.
