Built from wood in the traditional mountain style, the restaurant blends in perfectly with the surrounding area and is a great choice for any time of day, or any time of year for that matter, especially since Trebević is as lovely on sunny days as it is when covered with snow. Brus has a large garden available for use on sunny days, and there are several related facilities in the same location, opposite the restaurant.
One of the culinary specialties is veal roasted beneath a sać, and if you are in the mood for a lighter meal, then local polenta, pita (burek, pie) or fritters with kaymak and dried meat are perfect choices.
This restaurant is part of a recreation complex that is surrounded by thick evergreen forests, so besides the food, there are also tons of outdoor activities suitable for adults, as well as children. The complex has paved walking paths, an artificial lake, several playgrounds, sports fields, a sheltered area to rest and have barbecues, three bungalows for overnight stays and a mini zoo with domestic animals is currently under construction.
