Hum Forest Park is located to the southwest of the center of Sarajevo, just above the neighborhood of Pofalići.

Hum is easy to recognize, with the TV tower perched on top of the hill (at an elevation of 816 meters), which serves as one of the most important communication installations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Most of Hum Brdo has been designated as a park and recreational zone called Park Šuma Hum, and a number of sports and recreational facilities are planned for the near future.

The very top of Hum offers a spectacular view of Sarajevo, as well as the mountains, Trebević, Igman and Bjelašnica. The loveliest view can be enjoyed at night, when the lights of Sarajevo are all aglow.

Hum can be reached by foot or taxi and a ride from the center of town takes about ten minutes.
