More than 100 presenters from HoReCa channels (hotels, restaurants and cafes) have confirmed that they will be participating in the event, which will occupy the 4,000 m2 multifunctional conference facility. Representatives will present the newest trends from this industry to visitors.

In addition to summer drink tastings offered by the beverage industry, organizers and presenters have lined up different kinds of masterclass workshops on the preparation of coffee, drinks and cocktails, attractive culinary manifestations and afterparties.

The event will see panel discussions on how to connect the catering and tourism industries, and symbolic awards will also be presented to the best hotels, restaurants and cafes (12 from every category).

The fair is the first event to be held at the newly opened Hills Convention Center.

Visitors may attend the fair from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. both days.
