Those who visit this excursion site, a favorite spot for Sarajevans and visitors alike, now have an opportunity to take even more attractive photos with a panoramic view of the city.

The City of Sarajevo will soon start construction on Vidikovac Restaurant at the upper station, and there are plans to set up bike and fitness trails, install the longest zip line in BiH and include many more things to do up on Trebević. This is all being done as part of a project to revitalize the tourist potential of this mountain.

We would like to remind you that, because of the work being done on the underground garage across Vijećnica, part of Avdage Šahinagića Street is closed to through traffic and pedestrians. For this reason, the route to the cable car’s base station has been altered.

The base station on Hrvatin Street (Hrvatin bb) can now only be reached by following Talirovića Street, Dugi Sokak, Isevića Sokak and Franjevačka Street. There are signs along the way to help with directions.
