This professional conference is part of the project, Strengthening Rural Tourist Destinations Around Sarajevo with the Aim of Diversifying Rural Economies, which aims to connect rural tourism professionals in BiH and the region, as well as to develop and promote rural tourist destinations.
The aims of Alterural are to provide support and to improve the quality of family businesses that are part of the rural tourism sector. This can be done through local culinary offerings, the sale of domestic products at people’s homes and offering accommodation in village households.
