Nina the Tiger is housed in the building next to the lions, in a common holding area for wild animals that covers 1,200 m2, with 200 m2 of enclosed space and 1,000 m2 of open space.

During the summer, the tigress will have an open swimming pool, and her glass-enclosed exhibit area will allow visitors to observe her throughout the day.

Pionirska Dolina will throw a big party for children on Saturday, March 23 to celebrate the tiger’s arrival at the Sarajevo Zoo. Other visitors can look forward to different contests and game prizes.

The party will run from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and those who attend will have a chance to see the tigress for the first time at exactly noon.
