The hotel is located in the building of Sarajevo City Center, at Marijin Dvor, has 21 floors and 218 rooms, 40 of which are apartments. All of the spacious rooms are equipped with modern conveniences and offer a panoramic view of the city and surrounding mountains.

The presidential suite, which takes up 365m2, is currently being prepared. This apartment is geared toward VIP guests and official delegations which will have everything they need all in one place. The apartment includes a butler pantry, a secure room, a smaller room for meetings, and a wellness center and spa.

The hotel will soon be able to offer conference rooms and meeting halls, a spa center that will occupy two levels and cover 1,000m2, and a swimming pool with a unique view of Sarajevo.

Visitors may make use of Caffe Swiss, which offers buffet-style service, and the à la carte restaurant, The Fusion.

Guests will enjoy the luxury interiors, which represent a fusion between Bosnian-Herzegovinian traditions and the sophistication of Swiss interior design.
