Many events related to Italian gastronomy and delicacies – including culinary performances, food tastings, as well as Italian cooking classes... – will be held in six Bosnian towns as part of this manifestation.

Four professional chefs from the Federation of Italian Chefs will be on hand for the occasion. Originally from the Trentino-South Tyrol and Calabria regions, they will be traveling around the country and will join colleagues from some of the participating restaurants as they infuse menus with some typical dishes from their respective regions, and this will include wine tastings of the best Italian wines available on the local market.

Throughout the week, Mercator will have food tasting stands to promote the Italian products that are sold in their supermarkets.
