From now on, Jahorina visitors are able to make use of the 1,100-meter-long gondola lift, which has 36 cabins that can hold 10 passengers each. One of the cabins is designated as a VIP cabin, reserved for special occasions.
The gondola, which can transport 2,700 skiiers per hour, connects part of the Prača ski lanes with part of the Poljice ski area, and will be operational even during extreme weather events, when other lifts are unable to function.
As for ticket prices, a ride on the gondola falls under the "panoramic ride" category on the ticket price list, but, for skiers, the cost of such a ride is included in the cost of ski tickets for this ski-center.
The cost of a panoramic ride, which includes a ride on the gondola or on the six-seater lift, is 15KM for adults (throughout the entire season).
An hour-long VIP gondola ride, which includes champagne and space for up to four passengers, costs 100KM.
The gondola works every day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Besides the gondola, which was installed by Leitner, three ski lanes have also been laid out. These five-kilometer-long lanes have been done in accordance with FIS standards, while the main one is protected by wind-blocking units, and snow cover will be provided by an artificial snow-making system.
