The opening will provide an opportunity to socialize with this top pastry chef, who will demonstrate some of his skills and specialties at Mrvica’s new, second location on Jelića St.

Mrvica’s owner hopes to organize meetings with world-class chefs so that Sarajevo may have an opportunity to host them and so that people in this field may learn more about the profession and enrich their own offering.

Thanks to the show, Rudolph’s Bakery, which runs on 24Kitchen, this Dutch master chef and television presenter became an international celebrity.

At the age of 27 he received the title of SVH Master, the highest award of its kind in the Netherlands, and was the first to hold the titles, Master Chef and Master Patissier.

After winning awards at competitions in Frankfurt, Sydney, London and Singapore, Rudolph van Veen founded the Dutch Pastry Team in 1999 with four of his pastry chef colleagues. These chefs promote baking and confectionery at national and international levels.
