Sarajevo International Airport introduces new flights

The Sarajevo International Airport has started with its summer flight schedule and, in addition to seeing an increase in the number of flights and passengers, it will also be introducing some new flights.

At the beginning of April, TUIfly and Wizz Air will be offering flights from Brussels and Budapest.

Starting on March 31, 2017, passengers leaving Belgium from the Charleroi Airport in Brussels can fly to Sarajevo on Mondays and Fridays. As of April 5, 2017, Wizz Air will be offering two weekly flights between Budapest and Sarajevo.

Swissair has reinstated flights from Zurich and, starting on June 19, Norwegian Air Shuttle will be offering connections between Sarajevo and Oslo, in addition to its existing flights from Stockholm.

AtlasGlobal plans to offer flights from Istanbul during the summer months, when an increase in the number of charter flights is expected, and the airport plans to enhance its capacity.
