Top events in Sarajevo: November 14-20

The second half of November will see plenty of events in Sarajevo, and here we recommend the most interesting ones taking place from November 14 to 20.

The official opening of the Sarajevo Music Academy’s concert season will be marked by a big concert at Bosnian Cultural Center (BKC) on November 14, with some of BiH’s best lady musicians performing works by great female composers.

The biggest party for youngsters – Children’s Fair (Dječji Sajam) – will offer plenty of activities at KSC Skenderija from November 15 to 17.

On November 15, those who love rap will enjoy the promotion at Klub Jedan for the new album, Put u Plus, by Edo Maajka, one of BiH’s best rappers.

Red Bull RapLika, the biggest regional competition in freestyle rapping, will be held at Zetra on November 16; and, that same night, Sarajevo cantor Maja Milinković will present her new album Fadolinka, which fuses Bosnian sevdalinka and Portuguese fado, at the restaurant Dos Hermanos.
