The facilities that make up the Ilidža Cultural, Sports and Recreation Center (KSRC), are located in the center of Ilidža. Many sports collectives have found their home here and they not only serve as popular recreational destinations in the western part of Sarajevo, but also as places where important sporting events are held.

There are multifunctional gymnasiums, halls for combative sports, an outdoor sports field and a summer theater on the premises.

The multifunctional sports hall has been equipped to meet all of the necessary criteria for nearly all indoor sports activities and can seat upwards of 800 for sporting events and accommodate about 1,000 people during cultural manifestations.

The hall for combative sports is home to many clubs that deal with these kinds of activities and the outdoor field, which is intended for futsal, is equipped with lights and artificial turf and can seat 350-400 spectators.

The Ilidža Summer Theater can accommodate 1,000 visitors and serves as a venue for various cultural and entertainment events.
