You’ll find a variety of national dishes to choose from, such as veal roast, stewed veal, soups, klepe (ravioli), dolma (stuffed vegetables) and Sarajevski sahan (a selection of meat dishes on one platter), but, in order to satisfy the tastes of every guest, the restaurant is also willing to prepare other items upon request, as well as pizzas and pasta dishes. Be sure to top off your meal with a tasty dessert, some coffee or another refreshing beverage.
Preporod has been around for more than 20 years and was fully renovated in mid-2016. You’re sure to enjoy the interior, which includes modern elements done in an industrial style, along with many decorative features. It’s the restaurant’s garden that serves as the main attraction, as it is quite a botanical garden and little oasis of peace right in the center of town.
The restaurant is located on Branilaca Sarajeva St., not far from the Bosnian Cultural Center and the National Theater.
