Business Concierge Center, the first and only concierge service in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with the agency Topcom Sarajevo, is proud to announce the 2nd Sarajevo Tourism Summit, the most important international tourist an event in Bosnia and Herzegovina dedicated to tourism. The summit will be held on April 24 and 25, 2024, at the Holiday and Europa hotels in Sarajevo.

The arrival of over 50 top international lecturers, panelists and master class instructors, as well as more than 300 guests from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the region and the rest of Europe, has been announced. The summit will offer dynamic panel discussions, case studies and presentations, and on the first day, panel topics will include "Investments in Tourism", "AI / Artificial Intelligence in Tourism", "Sustainable Tourism" and "Brand & Trend".

In the evening, the organizers prepared a cocktail networking event for all participants at Hotel Europa, under the auspices of Raiffaisen Bank.

The second day of the Summit, April 25, 2024, begins with an introductory lecture by Rob Davidson, one of the best experts in the congress industry who comes from London, on the topic "MICE potential of Bosnia and Herzegovina". Then there are panels on the topics "Future of MICE" - the future of the congress industry, "The influence of media and social networks on tourism trends", "Innovations in tourist transport" and "Experiences in tourism through the promotion of local culture".

The organizers of the 2nd Sarajevo Tourism Summit paid special attention to the education and development of young talents in the tourism industry. Therefore, they provided a certain number of free registration fees for pupils and students studying tourism at the faculties in Sarajevo and for pupils of the secondary tourism school. This initiative provides an opportunity for young people to connect with experienced professionals, gain valuable experience and deepen their knowledge of the tourism industry. It also allows them to participate in panel discussions and other events during the Summit, contributing to their professional development and inspiring them to be future leaders in tourism.
