In addition to the modern vertical transport system, there will also be a new snow-making system, which will require large amounts of water.
There are plans for this major infrastructure project to be completed by the end of September 2017. This will allow Bjelašnica to be all decked out in “new attire” and even more ready to greet winter sports enthusiasts.
Additional infrastructure projects are planned for Veliko Polje and Malo Polje on Mount Igman.
